Came on a semislow Saturday morning. Ordered 2 basic waffles, and waited 20 minutes for them. Were they good? Sure. Worth $7 each? No. Comfy environment with local art, and free WiFi. Only reason for the 2 stars. *Update, an hour later I was hungry. I won't be going back there, not rich enough.
Mediocre experience. Good to try at least once. It's a little overpriced as well.
This place has a hip atmosphere. It is in the old down town area and they have kept some of the worn exposed brick. I had the "Go Green." It was quite good. It had a mild flavor with hints of cilantro and lime. The avocado was good on it, but I would recommend adding a little hot sauce to pick up the flavor. It was a bit on the pricey side for how much food you get, but about what you would expect for a hip eatery like this. I ended up paying about $8.50 for my waffle. Although it was a bit high priced for me, I will likely be going back for a date or some other special occasion as the food is good and the atmosphere is fun. I probably won' go back for lunch on my own.
The peach smoothie was good but kind of tasted like syrup.
My daughter too me here after I had a baby. The staff were super sweet and kind. They were quick to understand some changes to an item we ordered and made it perfectly. Lots of things to try, more than just a waffle! Sweet and savory options as well as sandwiches. Not too expensive. I enjoyed this place and would go back frequently.
The food is awesome! Wish it was a little cheaper but I don’t go very often so I’m willing to pay $8 for a really good waffle. The workers are nice and friendly for the most part. The girl that was in there this morning acted like she didn’t want to be there. She didn’t smile once and just acted like she hated her job.
I ordered the berry bomb and it was really pretty! Presentation was great. I wish they would of put a few more berries on but it was good.
