A customer walked up to the counter asking about his order they had been waiting over an hour for.
Not sure how this place has been around for so long.
I've never reviewed anything online before, but my visit here warranted it. I've never had worse service at a restaurant. The owner of this place needs to do a serious overhaul with its employees. Ordered two large pizzas, and the tip was requested before we got the food. I paid a 20% tip, and this is coming from a poor college student. We then preceded to be treated incredibly poorly. When we finally got our pizza, I asked if we could get some water and the waitresses told us, while rolling their eyes, that the cups were at the front. They did begrudgingly get us water. The food was average, and the restaurant itself was not cleaned very thoroughly. When we finished the meal, my friend went to the front to ask for a to-go box. All the employees were just talking and ignoring her, so eventually she just reached behind the counter and grabbed it herself. We were also never greeted by so much as a smile when entering or leaving. Definitely not returning, but I would suggest better staff to the management.
Ours was 40 minutes for one pizza. Guy brings our pizza, has to move our trays & salad bowls that are neatly stacked on the edge of the table, then doesn't take them. Had to ask him to take all the excess stuff, wasn't something he had considered..
This place is one of my favorite pizza places. They offer very good prices and you get a large amount of food for the price. They have a simple but tasty menu and are have deep roots in the community. Perfect place for families and college students.
Always love eating at Frederico's. I enjoy the lunch special which gives you a personal pizza, side salad with picked beets optional, and a piece of tasty garlic bread all for a little over $5. Pizza is good and the garlic bread is great. Fun atmosphere near Utah State campus.
Sub par pizza, long ordering process, dude is making salads on a plastic lifetime table right behind the cash register, lettuce & salad toppings all over the place.
This place is delightful! I overeat every time I go.....and it is well with it! MAKE SURE YOU GET EXTRA GARLIC BREAD!! IT IS THE BEST!!
Just don't get how a place that stopped giving a hoot years ago can continue to bring in customers with some ground up ham & sliced beets on a salad.
Old, dated, out of touch.
Asked me for a tip on the recipt then we get to get our drinks, pick up our own salads.
