He spilled most of our soup on the plates, and only checked on us when he needed something. He was very rude to another customer seated nearby as well.
Most people come here to "Clean the Sink", where you're given a ridiculous amount of ice cream and are awarded with a bumper sticker when finished. Definitely a lot of fun, especially with a group! I came here with my wife not too long ago for dinner, though, and ordered a steak that was delicious! Customer service was top notch, as well!
Normally when we go to Angie's, everything is incredible. However, this time the service was horrible. The waiter acted like we were a huge inconvenience and never checked to see if what he was putting down for our order was okay.
I got the feta chicken sandwich and I was very impressed!! It is the best chicken sandwich I've ever gotten in my life. The bun had a little crisp outside but was soft inside, and the seasoning choices were good. If you get chips and salsa, just know: I can handle medium heat but that salsa was too spicy for me. Chips looked like they had just been made, so that was neat. We went at a super busy time and were treated well and were attended to, even in the busy dinner rush which I was impressed with. The price for my food was also fantastic. I would suggest giving this restaurant a try at least once. (:
Overall, it was an unpleasant and frustrating experience that put a bad taste in my mouth. It honestly felt like the entire staff was not providing quality service to anyone and that they were more interested in chatting with each other and closing up for the night than they were in doing their jobs. Sad service that I really hope was only a one time thing for "where the locals eat."
Loved it! Bathrooms and eating area are outstandingly clean! I love the value of the food you get here! There aren't many places that give you a ice cream with your kid meal included in, other than Wendy's. However the Ice Cream is way better than Wendy's frosty. I drive 1 hour from where I live to Logan just to eat at this place. Its that worth it. Also their grilled cheeses are epicly amazing!!!!!!
Our glasses were never refilled until I asked. The customer (the one I mentioned before) actually got up and went to ask for more water because his was never filled.
We were here at about 5:30 PM. We were seated right away, they took our drink order and told us the specials almost immediately. The food came out in a reasonable time and the order was correct. The food- perfect. Real mashed potatoes, home made noodles in the chicken soup. The burger, fries, roll were all great. One person in our party ordered the cheesecake waffle. We all tried a bite and are considering returning to order it tomorrow. Our server(Amy I think) was excellent, as were all the others we saw. Very happy with everything regarding our visit.
