I have been to Elements over 20 times and love it more each time!! The food and service is always outstanding! By far my favorite place to eat in Logan! I think the price is worth the quality and portion u get! AWESOME!!
Took my wife to celebrate her birthday, the atmosphere was nice, and the menu looked good. But after 20 minutes of not acknowledging we were there or coming to our table once, we decided to leave. As we left 4 people at the counter said, thank you have a nice day. Very disappointing! Poor service to say the least!
Just ate here for the 3rd time. I ordered the fish and chips. They are "tempura style". It comes out on a huge platter. Enough for 3-4 people, until you realize the strips of fish are about 1/2"wide, dipped in tempura batter. It makes huge sticks of pure batter. I tried to break off the batter but the little bits of fish were just melded to the batter. I mostly didn't eat it. The fries were good. However, I had bought from their special menu that is good up until 5pm. It was a steal at only $12! It included a soup or salad, the entree and choice of desert. The salad I chose was the wedge salad. It was half a little head of iceberg, and also some butter lettuce. It was so amazing! it had two dressings on it; both a traditional blue cheese plus some sort of vinaigrette. There was also tomatoes and bacon. I will buy that as my main course next time. Then, I chose the apple cobbler as my desert. Amazing. I felt like I was robbing them for $12. Too bad the fish and chips was all batter. Had I ordered one of the other entrees, I sure it would have been amazing...and all for $12.
I was excited my husband planned a nice lunch for my birthday. We’d never been here and I definitely had too high of expectations. There were many waiters and waitresses and very little customers but not one came to our table in 20 minutes. As we left we were thanked and told to have a nice day because no one had any idea we were never even served. I’d pay high for good service, but this service not worth the price at all.
This place, in my opinion, cannot have a future in this valley with service and quality as we experienced. I would avoid this place.
If you have vacation time burning a hole in your pocket, then head over to Elements for Lunch. Took about 3 days and an hour for our group of 6 lunches and having noticed that my burger was the wrong type, I quickly looked into calling my HR rep to see if I could extend my vacation time, but alas I suffered half of the burger I didn't want, simply because I couldn't wait any longer.
Which really sucks because it is in such a beautiful part of town.
