Just spent 20 minutes waiting for an order of chicken strips and a milkshake. My milkshake was made right after I ordered so by the time I got it, it was melted. If I wanted to pay $6 for chocolate milk I would go to the store and buy two gallons of the stuff. I understand that lunchtime is busy but because they took so long I didn't get to eat my lunch. I don't think I'll be returning unless I call in my meal a week in advance.
I've only been two times, total.
Twice in one week, same mistake both times.
Service is super slow, even during none rush times. All employees not in uniforms and not very polite. This location used to be really good, but it seems like things are going down hill. I want the good old A&W back.
They allow a young man to work with dirty clothes, hair, hands and arms. Looks like he has been working under a car and he was touching my drink, spoon and food. Also service is slow, prices to high and they never get my polar swirl right. So frustrating because they are my favorite! I go to Smithfield because I don’t have the same hassle EVERY single time I go. Get it together owners!
Both times, I only got a cheeseburger.
In the past week, I've gone here two times because my wife likes their chicken strips.
It's not the best burger joint out there, the Ford is a little pricy and mediocre. The tap root beer however is delicious, albeit a little pricy as well.
Both times, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger.
