I love this place!!! Love the Americanized mexican food. Its my favorite place because I consider a burrito a quick bite to eat and I can eat it in the car. Their bigger plates of food are also really good. The fajita mix is my all time favorite. Great price for a lot of food. Staff is generally very friendly also!
First off, doesn't have the best tasting Mexican food that I have had, but it is very good and quantity of food is fantastic with the price that it is. I've been here a few times and gladly go when I do. I usually end up eating part of it for dinner and the rest the following day. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone.
My wife refused to come with me to this restaurant ever again when we got fountain drinks, and they tasted like they were contaminated with soap. We got two different flavors of soda, and they both tasted toxic. I continued to go on my own without getting sodas until I got tired of not getting jalapeños.
CANNOT beat this place. HUGE burritos for a great price (even though price has gone up over the last year, it is still a great deal though.) Flavors are incredible, unique options that always taste good. The joint itself is a little rundown, but what do you expect? You are coming here for the food, not fine dinging. The environment is laid back and chill. I come here so much that I know all the workers, and they are all my boys! (and girls..) One thing I will say, is if you are getting something with guac, ask them to go easy on it, because my goodness, they will lather that stuff on like sunscreen on a red headed infant swimming in the Bahamas, if you don't tell them otherwise.
One of my all time favorite places. The prices are fair and the portions are great. Not your most authentic Mexican food. It's more like Americanized Mexican. Still delicious though. My favorite menu item is the carne asada fries burrito. Plus their horchata is amazing.
Also, they don't serve Mexican Coke... the ultimate betrayal.
So, I was thrilled when I first moved to the area because they serve the amazing Carne Asada and Fries Burrito. This is known in other places in Utah as the California Burrito and the Brigham Burrito. Unfortunately, they can't decide what 'with jalapeños' means, in English or Spanish. Sometimes they just ignore the request, sometimes they'll put a baggy with pickled jalapeños with the burrito, or, rarely, they'll actually put sliced jalapeño in the burrito. The lack of consistency and the rarity of getting the burrito with jalapeño on it has really turned me off to this restaurant.
