I've never had a problem with the service here. It's top notch and the smoothies are excellent! The only issue is the location and parking. It's hard to get to and get out of, but it's worth the trouble.
We go here almost weekly, sometimes twice a week and they never let us down!
Great shakes, good selection and great staff. A little bit pricy, but worth it.
The new large cup is way smaller
"Not allowed to?" I've been coming to this Jamba Juice for awhile. Generally am happy with their establishment and their team members, but encountered a ridiculous "policy" today that I think needs to be addressed. I ordered two smoothies, one with protein. Since the protein adds extra volume they gladly put the extra in a cup, but when I noticed that there was extra smoothie in the order, I ask d them to just toss it in the same extra cup. The employee told me they were lent allowed to put the extra in another cup? To which I replied, "well you just did with the other smoothie?" She explained that's because there was protein in it. So you're just going to throw it away? Seriously? Lamest policy ever. I wasn't even sling you to use an extra cup. This is just an example of leadership that doesn't allow their employees to use their brains. Come on franchise owner...really? Please explain the logic to me of your decision, I would really like to know the reasoning.
