Was at Denny’s for 2 hours about maybe 20 minutes of that was actually eating, I’m fairly sure that our server Melissa was either very unintelligent or higher than a kite. She came and got our drink orders as normal, 2 shakes were ordered, she came out with the shakes and then asked us what we want to drink, like we never even ordered our drinks. She then asked our order and could barely understand what we were saying, it almost seemed like taking an order is impossible, this is about 30 minutes in. One of our friends eggs came out without almost being cooked at all. Sent it back and got the plate back after about 40 minutes. Then when the paying process only took about you know another 40 minutes. Obviously a mistake by the server caused all the issues and the staff not knowing what they were doing at all. Also the whole time being SUPER FRIENDLY! Never going to that place again!
I'll be honest, I didn't have high hopes when we stopped by here at 11 for a late dinner, but I was pleasantly surprised. Service was great (Skippy), and my blueberry pancake meal was really good. No complaints from me.
Easily the worst Denny's in the chain. 6 of us, waited 40 minutes to be seated only to find the restaurant was half empty. We watched as 20+ plates set in the window waiting to be delivered. 1 meal was delivered 30+ minutes after being seated along with the English muffins for the rest of the table. Not a single special request was observed (no tomatoes)(side of hash browns), really difficult stuff. Other people at our table were still getting their food at the 1 hour mark. Our waitress kept apologizing because they were slammed, the restaurant was only half full. Quite obvious that the management is the problem here, it's impossible for every employee here to be this bad! Save your time, effort and money- eat someplace else.
Jamie and Cami gave us excellent service! They were fast and their attention to detail was impeccable! My hubby and I ordered the Grand Slam slugger and we couldn't be happier. We are definitely coming back. Thanks to the Chef, too.
Waitress, Alyce, awesome!! We ordered the Orange Cranberry Special breakfast. I suggested mixing the vanilla pudding topping with the orage zest & she said she would do it for us!! Heavenly!! Great service & thsnks for listening to your customer!! It was my birthday too so extra fun. Thank you all military who have served our country
