We love going to Chili's! We've been to this location many times, and have only had one negative experience and that was with the food (we think the chef wasn't the regular one/they were training a new one). The service has always been great and the people very friendly.
Food was amazing. Bigger portions. Just went there had the Jen(hyper blonde) as our server. She was so personal and real but professional. She was perfect. If you go request her, if they let you do that kind of thing. Thank you Jen and Chili's!!
Got there at 1pm for lunch and we didn't get out of there till after 3pm. Didn't get our food till after 2pm. Sat in the bar, place was almost a ghost town and still got crappy service! This place has gone WAY down hill!!!
Came in late and tired.. They were closing down the kitchen but happily made some take-out for us.. Clean, professional, and fun.
