Young Auto Mall was an enjoyable place to work while I was going to school. Jake Talbot was a great person to work with everyday! As a manager, his priority is to treat everyone with respect and kindness. As a family man, he makes time for his wife and kids above all else. Overall, Young Auto Mall is a smart place to purchase a car because they listen to your specific needs and do what they can to find what you're looking for.
Never have I shopped at or worked for a better company than Young Auto Mall! I'd ask for Ryan any day when it comes to building excitement in your next vehicle. Thank you for showing me the Accord and listening to my needs. I also think its amazing to also end the purchase of a new vehicle with amazing people in Finance like Scott, Steve and Sandy. Their work is professional and smooth. Thanks again for making this place THE BEST PLACE TO SHOP AND WORK!
I worked @ Young Auto Mall for 8 Months and loved it. They have the best 2 car brands, Honda/Toyota! The sales staff is great & not pushy at all. The Finace Manager Scott Cooley has 15 plus years of experience and treats everyone good! Jake Talbot, along with Brent Walker do an amazing job as Managers. They truly care about every customer, and potential customer that walks through the door. I'd recommend this dealership 120%!!!
We were first time buyers and we had read the reviews of this place and thought it would be a great place to go. We were at the dealership for 7 hours. They're were several times that we felt like things were not explained to us. After the seven hours we thought that we were good to go and that we had been approved for our loan. There was nothing said about it possibly changing and being first time buyers we thought that they were checking and getting us approved but they did not. I did not hear anything from them for two weeks so I called to see if we could get the document to set up our payments and I was told that we were actually not approved for our loan and that we had to drive the two hours back to resign everything with a co signer. When we first went we brought our co signer with us just in case and there was nothing said about possibly needing a co signer until we had to drive back. We felt that we had been mislead and not treated week. Everyone was nice but there was little to no customer service. Everything was blamed on us for not understanding. They are very nice but you need to do your homework because they will not tell you anything upfront unless you ask
Young Auto Mall has hands down the best service in town. The sales team is always super helpful and doesn't make you feel like your getting pushed into anything. It's awesome being able to recommend my friends and family and knowing that Jake Talbot will take care of them.
