I bought a used Hyundai from the V.W. dealership. About the only good thing I can say is they did make a sincere effort to find a car I wanted and needed. When we finally reached an agreement on the phone later one evening I was told I HAD to purchase the car that night or the deal wouldn't be valid, BOGUS, but I kind of felt sorry for the salesman because it seemed like he was under a ton of pressure to make a sale so I reluctantly went in for the midnight sale. I was told I would get a set of car mats for the 2016 car, didn't happen so I ended up buying some myself. I was told I had to use the bank to get the "good deal" and could make 6 payments to close it out even though I had the money to buy it outright. I conceded, big mistake. Wells Fargo is quite the bank, I called them to check to see if a payment had cleared because they double billed me and after a round of phone trees i was told I needed to fill out multiple papers and forms to gain access to my account, really?!!! Its a shame that what i thought was a good place to buy a car was so sour. I asked the salesman for help and he accused me of being dishonest because I was having issues with their bank buddies. For sure I wont go back again to Murdoch's or Wells Fargo.
This was the easiest and best experience I have ever had at a dealership. The salesperson was very helpful and straightforward, and worked a great deal with me on a brand new 2017 Golf R. Highly recommend to other car buyers in the market.

Bought my first car here, the salesman was great! I really appreciate the fact that he was about to get out of work but stayed and helped me out. He showed varies cars that I could be interested and didn't rush to get out the door. I also love the rest of the staff... very kind and polite people
