If I could give more stars I would! We went and test drove a couple cars and started up a conversation with Mark and really felt confident in his honesty. He tells it how it is and doesn't sugar coat things. At this point I decided I would purchase my car from him, but didn't know exactly what I wanted. My husband and I went around and test drove about 30 cars to find the one that would fit our needs/wants the best and would go in and discuss the options every so often as we weren't in a huge hurry to make our purchase. After we decided on the car we wanted Mark went to work to find the one within our criteria. Mark found the car but my husband wanted to think on it a bit longer. The next morning my husband went in and called me back to tell me the car had sold and that he and Mark would keep looking at other options. Little did I know the car was sold to my husband as a surprise gift for my birthday. I went in to search cars with Mark a couple more times during the week and he didn't even "bat an eye". He pulled up other cars and would tell me the good and bad things about each but never even hinted that he had already sold my husband a car! Mark even got the car less than we thought! It was a splendid birthday surprise. I would highly recommend purchasing from Onyx Auto Sales and tell your friends to go there too!
I've never been more satisfied with a car dealership before. Mark took the time to listen and get us in not one, but two cars that we loved. He was very personable, and listened to what we had to say. He truly cared what we needed and didn't push at all. He was very, very honest and didn't sugarcoat anything. Even after I have bought from him, he is still so willing to help me with whatever problems or questions I have. I will not go to anyone else but Onyx in the future! I'm very, very impressed with his business and how above and beyond he goes to make us happy.

Mark was easy to talk to and work with on price. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years. I'm that friend or brother you call to ask you to help look for or diagnose problems with your vehicle. I went in to look at a car for my 72 year old mother who lives near St. George, UT. I found the car on his web site. It was exactly as described. He took the down payment and had all the paperwork and car ready for her when she came up to Logan to get the car the next week. She couldn't be happier with the car or the price she paid for it. Mark knows the market on used cars very well and is an honest used car salesman. Oxymoron right? Not in this case.
