After our purchase, we were told that they would provide us some things to take but they didn't have them in the store at the time. We were told they would have them the following week and they would call us to come in. They never called us. We have called them a few times but still no luck for about a MONTH now. Today when we called in, we get transferred to Danny(the one that stated when we bought the car they would provide said items to us and apparently he is "Management") but let me tell you, there was NOTHING management like in Danny or the way he approached our situation.He completely lost it. He never listened. He interrupted me when I was talking for a good portion of the phone call. He deflected the blame off of himself and onto our salesman for not getting it to us(we were told several times that it was him or the "lady that takes care of it" that we had to get in contact with, never once told it was Salesman responsibility). And he had the audacity to complain that we had called in a few times prior when THEY are the ones not doing THEIR jobs.
I do NOT understand how someone of that nature can be in a Management position with Murdock when he clearly doesn't know how to treat their paying customers, doesn't have any sense of accountability for his actions, is arrogant, unprofessional, and does NOT listen.
Hands down, Murdock Hyundai of Logan, Utah is the best place to buy a car!! Each customer is treated like royalty!

My experience at Murdock was nothing but exceptional. I was not going to be able to make it there until 7 o'clock (they're closing time) but they were willing to stay open and even prepared the vehicle I was interested in for testing. The short of it, they bend over backwards. I would highly recommend them for anyone's experience. Logan was my sales rep, who is efforts surpassed any expectation. Thanks again guys!
