Poor customer service. Very unfriendly.
I took my 15 year old Kenmore sewing machine in for a basic, $70 tune up. Before she was rickety, clunky, and was getting jams all the time. Now she runs smooooooth as can be!! I swear they actually just gave me a new machine. ;) And I only had to go one weekend without my machine. I am VERY satisfied with the quality and price!!
Went in to get a Christmas present for my wife. They were super helpful and answered all of my questions. They even offer one on one training to help my wife understand and use the machine right. Would defiantly recommend them
so i just barely went to wimmers and i was impressed with how professional they were i came in asking about a motorcycle, they had so i didnt buy anything but all the same awesome people.
