The wedding invitations Missy did are absolutely beautiful, and I will share them once they've been mailed. It's almost like she is reading your mind and can help you design exactly what you have in your head. The products are top quality. We ordered free samples from an online invite website and were very disappointed with the quality of the paper and the colors. The prices were so reasonable, we added on the cost of pre-printed addressed envelopes! Missy also designed our bridal shower invites; all I did was email her a picture of some fabric I liked and she designed the perfect one! I don't know why anyone would go anyplace else.
I have to agree with some of the other reviews on here. The customer service is HORRIBLE! First off, don't take young children with you because they have only one cart the I could see and one other lady was using it. I asked for some help and the lady gave me a weird look when I asked for plastic straws and then pointed to an aisle with paper straws. I come back after dragging my three year old on the floor and hauling my one year old over to the paper straws and waited to check out. The lady at the checkout helps the customer and then completely ignores me and walks off. An employee by the register kept giving me crusties and then finally the checkout lady asks if I am ready to check out. I was in line to checkout, so yes I am ready! Anyways, if you want people to give you dirty looks and give you the worst customer service, then this is the place for you!
I work at Watkins, and it's the best job I've ever had! The environment is fun and friendly, and the management couldn't be better. The place is busy and cheerful, and it's a great store with good prices to get all of your party supplies!
Prices are not marked correctly, or I was charged incorrectly (item did not match receipt). I ended up paying double what I thought I would be. I should have just left, but was in a rush. Everyone recommended I go there, but I will not be returning.
