Two awesome associates, Ian and Sarah, helped me out when I was in a pinch. I needed a certain kitchen island and they made sure I didn't leave until I was happy. Great customer service. Made my day!
Good atmosphere. Couldn't find any gray slacks. Few choices in plus size pants.
A sweet employee and I tried finding an item that was suppose to be in stock. After a fruitless search the employee noticed that there wasn't even a sticker on the shelves where the item was suppose to be. She called the store manager over so we could ask her some questions. The store manager wouldn't give me the time of day. She didn't ask what the problem was, she didn't ask what I was looking for, she didn't try and see if there was anyway to resolve the problem. She didn't even walk up to me when she said "we don't have it." Hands down the worst customer services I have ever experienced by the manager. The only reason I'm giving one star is due to the kindness of the other employee.
Price good but not for business attire
Shopco has some decent sales bit what is not on sale is very highly priced. The store is clean. My biggest concern is that the employees are very loud and conversate amongst each other without ever speaking to the customer. Ive had several just rign my stuff up and send me on about my day wothout ever speaking.
