Had to wait about 15 minutes at the photo center waiting for an employee to show up. A janitor told us that we had to go to the return desk to pay for the photo since no one was there, even though the people standing there at the desk had seen us and continued on with their conversation, ignoring us. Finally an employee did show up and was very friendly and helpful, but it was overall a frustrating and dissatisfying experience.
