Expercom was so helpful! They are kind and willing to help in anyway they can! I’d recommend them to anyone! I️ needed help with seeing what was on my hard drive and they didn’t even charge me! They are so great!
Excellent service! My phone had a single hairline crack and they sent it in to be fixed. It came back with new battery, screen, microphone, and more all for free! I highly recommend Expercom for all your apple needs!
Just brought in our 2012 Mac Book Pro with the expectations that I was going to have to drop at least a couple hundred to get it up and running again, so I wasn't thrilled to say the least. The staff was very friendly and thorough with the diagnostic and then said that this year had issues with the hard drive cord, so it could be replaced for free, on apple. I was thrilled! They were very quick and kind, all of the employess were asking me questions/being friendly. I will be returning here for all my future apple needs.
These guys are great. I have an iMac that I bought from Best Buy and it suddenly stopped working. Wouldn't boot up at all. I tried everything on my own, but couldn't come up with a fix. Finally decided to bite the bullet and take it back to Best Buy to get help. They told me I was past my return date so I would need to go direct to Apple for help. I decided to give Expercom a shot knowing that I would probably have to pay quite a bit to have it fixed, but didn't really have any other option. Expercom took a look and said that their diagnostic tool couldn't connect to the computer. They went above and beyond, though, and found out that I still had a remaining factory warranty through Apple so they went ahead and fixed it for free. Works perfect now. Don't waste your time with Apple products at Best Buy. Go to Expercom first. I'll be buying all of my future iMacs through Expercom now.
A minimum fee to look at your product of $129 seems pretty outrageous. I get they charge something because they are not an apple store, but what I wanted to do Farmington did for free.
