My computer suddenly stalled and wouldn't even load Windows. I had heard from friends how much they liked United Computer, so I took it there. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very good to work with. They spent time answering my questions and helping me understand what was needed and why, and made sure my computer was working perfectly for me. The price was fair and reasonable and I will go back to them when I need their help again! And I'm telling all my friends too!
We brought in a computer and a printer that had some problems and they were able to fix them both. The service was great - we didn't have any problems. I believe they are under new management. We will go there in the future if need be - though hopefully we don't have any more computer problems.
If I hadn't brought the broken box by after 4:30 they would have fixed it same day. The guys are cool and know there stuff.
These guys are awesome. They worked with me after hours to get my laptop up and running. They were able to get parts in much faster than anywhere else and I wasn't out my laptop for several weeks, like I would have been if I had gone elsewhere. There prices were also much better than anywhere else I found. Go see these guys if you need computer help!
I am very pleased with this company. Very prompt service, professional yet friendly. They were able to solve my problem quickly and I was able to get back to working. I highly recommend this company. I am seeing previous reviews about problems with billing. I did not experience this at all. The technicians at United Computer fixed my computer very quickly, I told the guys that I understand that some things just take a while to do especially with difficult computer problems, but they exceeded my expectations and I was on my way within a few days.
