They are the worst. They always ask if they can call us back then they never do. The cancelled an appointment of my wife's for no reason. Just left a message. They front desk people don't know what's going on either.

We had a wonderful experience. The nurses were wonderful throughout pregnancy, labor, and recovery. My wife and I are very impressed with Dr. Erica Smith.
