The building is clean and airy without that 'hospital' smell. All the staff are so friendly. The coordination between departments is excellent. Appointments are generally easy to make and, providing you are on time, have little wait. Many of the medical staff are younger, which to me means fresh eyes and strong passion still burning.
This place is a joke. They cancelled my appointment for being 20 minutes late at 4 o clock on a Friday. Not to mention they butchered my ankle through a botched surgery. Go to the Specialty Hospital if you can. Stay away from Dr. Call and Dr. Higginbotham at all costs
The Dr offices don't always turn their phones on , on time , or switch days off the the budge recepioist don't tell you this . My wife tried calling her Dr on Wed his day off ,go the recording saying he was clossed . So called back Thursday got the same message , called 6 times starting at 9:10 . Then she gave up so I called and talked to the budge receptionist and she informed me he switched his days off and was in on Wednesday when the recoreding also said he was closed .
