Sad I have to write this. I bought the 4 best tires les Schwab offers (toyo) for my car, they came with a 60,000 mile warranty. Well it has been about 28,000 miles, and they are shot. Partially bald or at 2/32 tread. I went in to have them replaced under the "warranty" and they said they could only offer me about 30% of what I paid for them on THREE of the tires. Everyone knows you can get tires cheaper EVERYWHERE else, but people (including myself) go to les Schwab because they have the best warranties, or at least that is what they say. Very unimpressed and I am sorry to say I will never take another vehicle there and I will make sure my kids, friends and family know to buy tires elsewhere. Just buy your tires cheap, they won't make it to the warranty and they'll only give you partial credit when that happens.
Bought a couple tires here last year as it was the cheapest place around. Also had a couple flat tires fixed here for free. Great people, honest, services are good. I highly recommend them (and I don't recommend often).
Took about 15 minstrel longer than what they said but they were really busy. Always friendly. I always appreciate it.
Bought brand new tires here a week ago and go back because one of them is going flat. They want to make me wait till they finish every car in front of me!!! I’m in a hurry. Why must I wait when the job was done wrong anyway??? Now I’m damaging a brand new tire. Go somewhere else. I know I will.
