I called here since I was having an issue starting my car due the fuel pump needing replacement. The receptionist and mechanics here were very straightforward with me, gave me plenty of information in a way that felt understandable to a layman like me, and made me feel like my time and money was valued. Looking around, they quoted the work at a fair price, and got the car in and out of the shop in around a day - exactly as they told me.
I read the good reviews, but decided to try it for myself. Wish I had known about all-around auto much sooner! All I ever want when going to a mechanic is to firmly believe I am being dealt with honestly , competency and fairness. Casey and his crew did all that with exceptional customer service as well. He took time to explain what he did on my truck and how things worked with the part he installed. He went the extra mile, and now we will be loyal customers!
These guys are beyond awesome!!! They replaced our a/c compressor, supplied the part, replaced a valve for less than $480. They were able to get us in quickly and didn't go searching for more things to.fix like most shops do. I'm hard to impress, but they definitely went above and beyond my expectations in services and had prices are less than half of all the other quotes I had.
I've taken my car to All Around Auto for a variety of different reasons. Every time I've had a good experience and they've fixed the problem for a fair price. They also diagnosed a difficult problem that another shop could not figure out to my satisfaction.
The best auto care around. Casey and his crew are HONEST!! If they tell you something needs done, it needs done. Always upfront about the cost of repair and call you if there is a change in the expected cost. I definitely recommend them.
The only thing I wish would have been improved was communication. From providing a quote, calling back, and letting me know when my car was done, each time I had to call them to get this information, rather than ever receiving a call back. Besides this, though, I'm very pleased. This was about two weeks ago, and my car hasn't seen any other problems!
