I'm not sure how their prices compare to the local competition, but I would gladly pay a small premium for the great service.

They've helped me inspect a possible new car purchase. They've helped me figure out strange electric problems with my vehicle, when it was spontaneously killing the engine. They've fixed regular wear problems with my car. I'd trust them with any repair. I am confident that when they are working on my car, they'll repair the problem correctly and efficiently.

After seeing the 5 star reviews I thought this was a great place to drop in. Very friendly staff but the prices turned out to be 200% or more of what I payed for similar repairs at Wendell's in SLC. If you have the money to spend then I'm sure they do a good job. But as a college student on a budget, prices for a diagnosis that match what id pay for the actual repairs elsewhere are ridiculous.
Great front desk service, they take the time to explain the issue and seem to always have the customer's best interests in mind. The technicians I've interacted with have been knowledgeable and professional. Only issue they have is they're too good so it can sometimes take a couple days to get an appointment.
