Do not buy anything from this store if there is any chance at all that you may need to exchange it for a different size or a refund. My daughter was given an outfit from here - all tags & prices still on. Only problem is, they were a size too small. I went to exchange them for a bigger size. Well, since they were purchased "earlier in the year" they no longer had them. Therefore, they would not let me return them OR exchange them for ANYTHING! I have NEVER had a store do this to me before - ever! What horrible customer service! I asked what I could do then. They said, "re-gift it". Wow. Disgusted & will never buy anything from them!
Horrible customer service. My son received some jeanss as a gift but needed a size larger and a different style. All tags are still on the jeans and they still would not let us exchange them because we didn't have a receipt. No store credit. Nothing. The woman we dealt with was quite brassy.
