Big 5 has a great staff because they are always knowledgable and will answer any questions about a product without high pressure sales and also have they have the best return policy of any store I have ever been to ..
Always have a deal going. ..willing to work with you to find what you need and make it affordable. ..not a huge store, but usually has what I need! Great email coupons/discounts!

I like this store. The staff is always helpful. They have a bit of everything for sports and outdoors. They have a very good shoe selection. I wish they had more cycling stuff to compete with the big box retailers. If they did I'd probably go to big 5 more often.
