Driver stated that I can pick up my daughters package between 6 and 7pm. At 6:15 I drove the 8 miles and was then told that the driver was still out. The driver was called and I was informed that he would not be in until 7:30pm and that I can come back in. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

THE NEXT DAY: I waited all day and night until 7pm. I was informed on the InfoNotice that the driver would deliver the package between 10:30-2:00 and 2:00 - 5:00pm. NOTHING!

I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER. I could not speak to the office where they are delivering from? Nope! they would have to leave a message and have them call me. Ya, just like my package.
On this particular occasion they did not open their doors when they said they would so we all stood outside freezing. It was terrible. But usually they are fine. I mean are you really looking at reviews for UPS? You kinda have to use them anyway.
