Horrible experience. Took all my information, told me when they would be there, and hung up. After he hung up he says my card didn't go through but wasn't able to get through the line. They said they tried three times. Once we found the missed call we found they tried once right after the call was ended but we didn't hear the ring. Didn't leave a message or anything. Just left it at that. An hour an a half later I received a call from my family saying pizza wasn't there! Called and they told us that card didn't go through and it was our fault because we didn't answer the phone. When I asked why he was blaming me he became very rude and belligerent. So they ended up giving me 4 dollars off the 30 meal. And dinner didn't get there until after 8. When I called to talk to manager later he said they didn't have any record of our order so they couldn't do anything for the problems earlier and to next time give a number that someone would answer. EXTREMELY frustrating evening... Turned a fun night out into a disaster and to top it off apparently it is MY FAULT. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!! And will tell everyone that asks about them how they treat customers.
The pizza is great, but the service kind of seems like it's lacking. It never seems like it's too busy inside, but I have always had to wait longer than you would expect just to checkout. The last couple times my pizza has been ready and waiting but the cashiers have been hanging out, not paying attention and I've had to get their attention in order to pay. I've never had any complaints about the pizza itself, though.

Papa Johns is closed in Logan on Sundays... well, looks like our family will just have to wait till monday to access the promo code. Nope. Papa Johns says no promo code for our family. Are we bitter? yes. yes, we are. Peyton Manning sucks.
