We used to really love this place but the service hasn't been very good the last few times we have been. Today our food was an hour late. I got there and they hadn't even started it...it wasn't that busy. The website doesn't match what the specials are in house because they changed them but haven't informed the website and some of the pizzas have become more greasy than they used to be. So sad about this. No offer of trying to fix the order but when we went to pay they said our order had already been erased. We gave it a few chances since the first time we had an issue and now we are done. So sad.
I went to the Fox's Pizza restaurant at first time and i am really impress with their customer service. All the staff are friendly and care about their customer. Overall that I like about them is absolutely customer service also, they make fresh pizza and they are testy. Also the environment is peace and clean. I will definitely go back with my family and friends. also, i will suggest everyone to try once in your life.
The pizza was amazing, best crust in the valley. It was our first time here, and we were very impressed. We went for a birthday, and were showered with free food. Tom (owner) and Padma went out of their way for us to make it a amazing experience. We'll definitely be going there again.

If you're not into the pizza, they also have some great sandwiches. My favorite is the club hoagie sandwich.
The staff is some of the best. Very friendly and nice. Service is always prompt.
The pizza sauce has a very authentic flavor compared to Pizza hut or Domino's. They have a great lunch special every day from 11-4 with most "combos" at only $4.99.
I have never had the problem with Fox Den Pizza before, always loved getting their food. I am disappointed in the last few orders I have placed with them. This time I am fed up with them, I placed an online order and the expected delivery time was 30-45 minutes and it was 90 minutes and I decided to call them asking for a refund for my order since I had not received it. I spoke to someone on the phone and they gave me the excuse that they are running behind and the delivery guy didn't show up to work, but someone would be there in 15 minutes. It has been almost 2 hours now and I have not received my food. I am not satisfied at all with their customer service and will be buying pizza from someone else from now on.
