To be fair, Firehouse Subs doesn't specialize in vegetarian options. If you happen to be vegetarian, though, go somewhere else. I ordered a veggie sandwich with a side salad and I probably won't buy from here again.
The sandwich tasted fine. It just wasn't worth what I paid for it.
This is my favorite lunch place in town. They have a great selection of hot subs. Try the Turkey Bacon Ranch. Can't go wrong! And the pickles are the best!
They have that neato fancy drink fountain with the touch screen, if you're into that sort of thing.
The staff here is great! The food is great. Don’t expect them to be quite as fast as Jimmy Johns because these hot subs taste way better. The brisket sandwich is to die for!
Don't bother with the $4 side salad. Not worth it at all. It didn't come with dressing, either. Maybe there was dressing available at the condiments station? I didn't see any, since fast food salads typically come with dressing packed with it.
We used the Logan UT location for a catering event my husband and I put on and they were amazing! Had all the food done on time and helped me carry it to the car. The subs were the deluxe sub platters; they came with everything we needed! Everyone loved them. There food is so much better than other sub places, better ingredients, thicker cuts. Thank you again guys!!!!
I had no issue with the customer service. The staff was nice and I'm sure they would've been happy to fix our mixed-up order if we noticed it in time (we ordered to-go). It does kinda suck to pay extra for chips and not get any. :/
Stoked when this place came into town. I had eaten here in Florida and enjoyed hot sandwiches a lot. Service is great and food is excellent.
