Nice selection of mattresses. Family run business
Travis and Ryan at My Mattress are very knowledgeable. They showed us all the options and benefits of each mattress. We were able to lay on and try out the diffrent beds. We loved the professionalism and customer service as well as the price was right. We absolutely love our gel bed.
I spoke to Travis who was rude, condescending and impolite. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone and will not do business with these kinds of people. I would suggest going elsewhere for your mattress.
One caution, though: do not be tempted by their sheet sets. The package says 1500 thread count and Egyptian cotton. They are very thin and not even cotton! It's some sort of polyester microfiber, but there isn't even a label saying what they are made from.
Overall, I have to say that My Mattress is the best mattress store I've been to. That said, every other mattress store seems to be like a used car lot. I was actually able to walk into My Mattress and request a super firm mattress without the owner trying to convince me that I needed a state of the art memory foam super deluxe pillow top mattress. The mattress I purchased was just right, and reasonably priced!
A great, no pressure sales style. We were able to get a great mattress at a price that is better than anything online. Owner, Travis was extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. You could tell he enjoys his job and really knows the industry.
