DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They do not honor their warranties or keep their promises! They are so dishonest I have no idea how they are still in business. We bought a washer and dryer here but the washer only worked a handful of times before not working at all. We were still under warranty but they kept putting us off and ignoring us until the warranty was expired and then claimed it was too late for them to do anything. They completely screwed us over and we are out a ton of money! That is an awful and despicable way to do business. They should not get away with treating their customers like this, but unfortunately they did. All we can do now is try to warn others so the same thing doesn't happen to anyone else. We will never shop here again.

I also bought a lawn mower there this summer and they helped me pick the best option. I shopped online before I went into the store and had a specific mower that I planned on buying. When I went in the sales guy mentioned that they had one for a lower price that was actually an all-around better mower with better features. Not pushy at all, but helped me save money and get a better machine. That's awesome. I ended up going with that one and have been really happy with it.

The employees at this particular Sears are great. I just bought a snow plow with the help of one of their sales guys named Eric. They were really busy and only had a couple guys working, but he took the time to answer my questions and really helped me out. He was super thorough and even pointed out that the particular snow blower that I wanted had a coupon online for an extra 5% off the already reduced sale price. They helped me take off some parts so that it would fit in my SUV and even loaded it up for me.
