I purchased a 950 dollar rear time Husqvarna tiller. Used it about eight hours total installing a new yard in Nibley. The left side tines weld broke. I called and spoke to Dan and he said to bring it back for exchange. So I rented a U-Haul to do it costing me 50 bucks. Rolled it all the way in just to be told to take it to a local repair shop. When I got to the local repair shop they told me that the welds were definitely defective. They said they would repair it under warranty which is fine but now I have to wait 3 weeks to get it back when I'm installing a new yard in my new house. This is about the worst experience I've ever had. What really pisses me off though is the fact that their website says you have 90 days to exchange or return an item. And I specifically asked about that before I took all the time to take it there. From now on I will not shop at this Lowes ever.

Lowe's always gives me exellent customer service and this was no exception. I have been going there for probably 10 years and will continue to go there. I know I will get my questions answered and less expensive products recommended if they will fill my needs.

Awful experience with my appliance order and delivery and my counter top installation. Terrible communication. They out source to so many different specialists and companies, they cannot keep their information straight, I ended up waiting twice as long for everything, and returned my appliances when they were trying to charge me more for a mid-order they had made and I went to home depot and got everything installed and taken care of within the week. Countertops had to reschedule because Lowe's forgot to mention that I had to unhook all appliances and water and countertop company would not wait for me to call my plumber so I have to schedule another three weeks out. Please consider anywhere else for installations and upgrades in your home!

Update: this machine is junk. The handle broke and had to be welded.

I was very impressed with the customer service of "Chris" whom I believe is Christian. My wife and I had a mixup with some shutters for our home, they came in incorrectly, Chris was quick to help with the issue and resolved it painlessly. The gal that helped up front, I believe her name was Rachael was extremely helpful as well. All said and done, the process was a great experience and they went above and beyond to help me get the shutter issue resolved. Thanks guys!

I've been going to this Lowes for over a year now, and I've always had good customer service. They're willing to help you find things. I've also had things cut and they were more than willing to do that. It's organized well and always stocked and clean. I would recommend shopping here!
