The lady at the teller was super quick and efficient and apologized for the wait to every customer. I sat there for an hour waiting to be helped by one of the bankers with closing one account and opening another and finally left. Won't be going there again. Worst service ever.

They used to have fantastic customer service, then they lost most of their staff about 6 months ago, now you can't go through the drive through in under 15-20 mins. Make sure you check your receipt make sure they did what you asked! I've tried to stick with the Main St. branch lately.
