Brent is the worst real estate agent I have ever had the displeasure of working with. He is self-serving and petty. He purposefully rejected our offers (yes 3 in a row) to accept an offer for his client that would double his commission. His client's best interests were not taken into account as our offers were larger than what his client accepted, but 6% of a smaller amount is still larger for him than 3% of a larger offer. I would recommend running if he wants to help sell your home. Any realtor could sell anything in this market, but he will not do things in your best interest. As we didn't receive any rejections in writing, I can only assume he didn't even present our offers to his client. He is dishonest. He was knowledgeable about the property, but with the surplus of good agents who work hard AND are honest and work for the best interests of their clients I'd pass on him for sure.
