Overall I can say my experience with this establishment has been pleasant, and professional. With the help of a gentleman by the name of Chad, I can rest assured we now know of another financial institution in which its primary concern is customer service, rather than finances and debt collection. Very well put together and honest businesses, such as “Instant Cash Flow” offer a less intimidating alternative to formal credit options especially for those who may not have any credit, or who are looking to build/borrow without the hassle of FICO dependant approvals.

my name is Jennifer, when I previously called in to make a one time payment Josephine was the one who took the call , and she asked for my card and I gave it to her, then she said " let me put it in the system now" and I said why did I just give u my card info? She said she puts everyone's card number on a sticky note and then puts it in the system and then shreds the sticky note. I told her I did NOT want her to put that card on auto pay. I wake up this morning and I had a garnishment that was taken this morning from that card. They screwed me iver. That wasn't my card to begin with, it was my sisters. Don't call in to make a one time payment. Just go in with cash. Very disappointed
