I'm a Logan Landlord and have several properties with Josh Barnett. While I usually talk to his gals (they ARE way cuter) he has provided good prices and good service for me for years. they always get back to me after I call or send emails about issues and they have worked hard to keep me happy. I'm amused b the complaints here that he doesn't deal with claims - well he's not a claims agent and while someone in the office might be available to say that they are sorry, mostly all they can do is give you the claims number. And I've had several loses over the years and American Family claims people have been prompt and dealt with me fairly. One bit of advice though, if you have a basement bath that you don't use very often, get sewage back up flood written on your policies - it's not a standard part of a home owners, I found out to my regret.
Amazing customer service! The staff is very knowledgeable, and can explain the coverages very well. You will know what you are paying for.
Do not go through this company for coverage all they are good at is taking your money not helpful at all 0 amount of customer service they will not help you and the longer you are with them the worse it gets.
I don't know what this office has done but their customer service has improved so much!!!
Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Ive spoken to Christina who handles customer service and she is attentive and always assists with my changes and questions diligintly and professionaly. Keep it up American Family.
