The staff is always friendly and willing to help find the awards you need for pack meeting, den meetings or whatever else your scouting needs may be.
If you are a new Cub Scout master I would suggest going in and posing the questions you might have and take the time to let the staff walk you through steps for rank advancement. They eagerly answer your questions and strive to make the process easy for you.
Great place to get anything for your Scouts. Kind of expensive.
