The employee who help us was truly incredible. She was so awesome, I would have gladly extended a warm invitation to her....to join our party of 4....and go shopping with us. Yes, that’s how much we enjoyed our shopping experience. Even more specifically, Meg. Meg was/is the kind of person I would want to come shopping with us, because I valued her opinion....
My shopping experience with DownEast in Logan was awesome! Linda was especially helpful. She was friendly and able to suggest a number of different things. I will definitely be back and will tell my friends to come by!
Meg was very kind and courteous. She approached me and asked how I was doing. She offered to get me a dressing room and offered to take the bundle of clothes to the room so I didn't have to carry them as I looked around. She was very approachable and I felt comfortable asking for her help. She thanked me repeatedly for my visiting the store and I was very impressed with how friendly she was.
Down East has really upped their game with their brand of clothing. The furniture seems better lately too. I love it when linens, and bags are an extra fifty percent off. High quality back packs for my kids, big canvas bags for me. I just iron a patch on top of the monograms.
The two young ladies who assisted me were fantastic. They provided the perfect balance between letting me know they were there to help while not being intrusive. After I had questions about which top looked the best under the blouse I wanted, they provided me with several options, explaining the merits of each. They were kind and professional.
