I noticed a rack with a sign saying 5 for $10 on the shirts so I thought great deal! I went through the rack and chose 5 paying close attention to the tag and also where it was placed and most of them had multiples in that rack as I went to check out she claimed that even though the tag clearly showed it was marked down and there were multiples in that home it was not part of the deal, out of all the shirts I had only 1 of 5 actually belonged although there were multiples of each on the rack and the tag said it was supposed to be there. Not happy but not complaining either I decided not to get them instead I got eyeliner, when I got home I noticed the eyeliner had a hole and was leaking even before opening it. So far I'm not impressed with the quality of the items in the store but also not impressed with the customer service. The store should not advertise an entire section with multiples of the same clothing on it and have
If you're trying to get a job at Rue 21, I recommend you don't waste your time. I was hired there, FILLED OUT ALL NEW HIRE PAPERWORK, and the manager stated she would let me know when I would start. Then I would text her and she wouldn't respond for a few days at least every time. It's now been TEN DAYS and I haven't gotten any responses, even after telling her I turned down 6 other jobs waiting for this one. Horrible communication skills and management skills. DON'T APPLY AT RUE 21!!!

Love this store and their clothes. They have really good deals especially for me as a college student! Cheap, staff is friendly, and their clothes are so cute!

Basically their new store is for plus size people only.. I ran in thinking they had so much cute stuff for slim women and nope! Couldn't find anything!
