Had a really good experience the other day! Our waitress was friendly and helpful! We forgot about the rolls we were going to take home. So I came back and was surprised to see our waitress look at me, recognize I forgot our rolls, and then go back to the kitchen and get fresh ones.
It’s always full of people, but it’s not noisy in any way. There’s a surprising amount of waiters who are always walking around, filling up your drinks and making sure there’s bread on your table. The food is also great and the prices are affordable. I really enjoy the chitchat with the waiters.
I haven't been to TR in a really long time, and I was pleasantly surprised at how lovely our experience here was. Service was exceptional, from the hosts at the counter to the managers checking on tables. Our wonderful server was juggling at least five busy tables, but he handled it great. Other servers stopped to check on our drinks occasionally, too, and our food was fantastic. I ordered the beef tips and it was so good!
Ate here for the first time last night, and hands down it was the best dining experience I have had in Cache Valley. We were taken care of by both our waiter and his manager, and my steak was one of the best I have ever had. Keep it up!
We love Texas Roadhouse so we went here for my husband's birthday! Food was great, except my steak was overlooked and our cactus blossom was doughy in the middle. They also forgot to sing to my husband despite me talking to them about his birthday and they sang to other customers in the restaurant while we were there. Plus, they weren't busy at all since we went early on a Tuesday evening. If the food was perfect and they didn't forget I would have given them a 5 star review.
