Very disappointed in this toy store. Bought a magnetic chalkboard/whiteboard with magnetic alphabet pieces for teaching--the alphabet pieces barely stick, the chalkboard won't erase and the surface of the whiteboard is too slick so the marker doesn't mark properly on it. Tried to take it back for in-store credit and they said that "technically it's not defective, because you can technically still write on it" and "that's just how this product works." So, it's meant to work very poorly? And you can't return things after you open them even if they are subpar? And you don't get to try it out beforehand? Not a fan of a store that doesn't back up its products. You guys totally just lost a customer.
Incredible selection of toys. Excellent choice especially in the educational toy area.
I used to work at a different location, so I'm pretty familiar with the products and displays in these stores. These guys have upped their game though, constantly getting new stock in to keep up with new movies and events. They've got a wide range of board games and card games, and recently just became an authorized games workshop vendor. This is a fun store with lots to play with inside. There's demos everywhere! The staff is helpful, but not intrusive. I love supporting local business; it's good to see these guys are better than ever.
A unique toy store right here in cash valley. They carry some popular toys like Lego's as well as many unique high quality toys like fine wooden trains. They have a bunch of board games and educational toys too. The kids love the toys on display. ☺️
Great toy store! Huge selection and there's a fun setup in the front of the store the kids can play with. The employees were kind and helpful and their prices are good. We compared prices online on an item and it was cheaper in store. Check it out.
