EKS is great! I feel like my storage is very safe and secure. The rates are good too. There is a security gate and always someone on site.
Ive used many Storage Units throughout the years and never used a storage that isnt 24 hours, man its a pain in the a**.
We love the location of this storage place. The customer service is good. The hours are convenient for us. The prices are reasonable. They are also a u-haul dealer and that makes it better.
Just to let everyone know, the review written by Brian Anderson about this business is a pile of crap and that this business doesn't reflect anything he said. He has sour grapes because he didn't think he need to pay his bill on-time and because of that there are late fees which is spelled out in the contract. Call EKS anytime and you will find very helpful and friendly people who care about their customers and their concerns.
