Brittany was friendly and gave great hand and foot massage during my mani pedi treatment. My nails were a mess and she made them look great.
I went to get my nails done for my wedding, i got shalac on my toes and acrylic nails. The quality was horrible! My nails looked like duck bills. The girl that did them was totally unprofessional an layed on the floor to do my toes. I asked for round acrylic and for her to make them not as thick. She told me they had to be thick or else they would come off. She was rude and didnt talk to me at all. Not to mention it took her 4 hours. The pedicures are a joke! Their painting skills could use aome work. They are way over priced and the chairs where so uncomfortable sitting there for 4 hours. Never going back again!!!!
Every time I walk in I am always greeted in a friendly manner. They make sure that you are comfortable. Awesome place to relax and pamper your self. I have never had a bad experience here and i recommend it to all my friends.
I was incredibly disappointed. The quality of shellac received was the worst. The nail tech was unfriendly, and unprofessional. She missed several areas on my nails, and did not ask if I wanted anything specific (stamps, sparkles, etc). She just slapped the color on, and sent me on my way. The shellac started peeling off THAT SAME DAY.
The overall atmosphere was good. The salon had a chic feel that I'm sure a lot of clientele appreciate. My dissappointment was not with the salon, which was cute and the people accommodating and friendly, but the service. My shelac didn't cover my full nail and the ombre mediocre at best. The painting and the shaping of my nails were childish. Quite the opposite of a decor that suggests something more high end, classic, and professional. I won't be returning here, I was not at all happy with how it turned out. I didn't feel it was worth my money even if it had been cheaper.
