Not enough parking anywhere.
I still don't see the point of selling permits more than the available parking spots. I mean really why would I care about overflow spots if I already decided to buy a permit for a different spot??!! Particularly, I'm talking about blue permits.

I think USU parking is doing the best they can with what they have. There isn't much space near campus to park. The best parking pass you can buy, (arguably the only pass option that won't leave you searching for a spot even though you bought a pass) is the Aggie Terrace. This pass was so worth it. Always had a place to park out of the weather and over night. When I lived on campus I would leave my truck there full time and only go get it when I needed to leave. NO SNOW TO SCRAPE.
Blue and Yellow passes are fine but as stated in many of the other reviews you may find the lots full and have to drive around for a while. My best advice is to buy early and get the Aggie Terrace pass. It's a little more expensive but well worth it.
Zero parking anywhere! they definitely have a good business model, selling a useless piece of plastic for 85 dollars.
I have found that most days I can sneak in the 3 hour parking at the top of the hill on 8th east by the ARC or above 16th east by Fredrico's, so if you don't get a pass try one of those spots.
