The management stinks. If you want some one in your business all of the time live here. They advertise that there is a full time manager. She is rarely in the office. She screens her calls and doesn't answer when you need her. They have a strict no pet policy but everyone has a pet. If you need an emotional support animal they treat you like crap and continue to harass you. Overall just don't get on their bad side or you will never get off of it. They make it really difficult to sell your home later. Some people have had to wait a few years to be able to have management approve of the buyer before a sell is allowed.

I have lived here for ten years, and apparently a bunch of whiners have moved in. I moved in because it was a nice place. The manager must be busy with the 100+ houses in the neighborhood. Most of us do what we agreed in the lease. There are some who want to live like "trailer trash," but when I get a notice, I get it fixed. I would gladly see an empty lot near my house instead of the squalor my near-by-neighbor has. The manager must be patient: I wonder how many notices they get before the lawyer sends the legal notice. I am glad my wife and I want more than that for our family.

DO NOT move here. If you buy a trailer in this trailer park, save yourself the pain later and move it to another park in the valley. Now that is over I will explain why. Some people get hit for rule violations, but they let others slide on a lot of things. Some people get threats that they will be kicked out of the park for having a garden, but others get a blind eye. Some people are allowed 3+ cars (probably because they claim that one of those cars belong to a visitor whose lived there for 6+ months). While another who had two cars and a motorcycle were told after living there for over a year that if they do not get rid of one vehicle will have their car towed. Point being is that you could live here and think that all is well until you are blindsided by a 2x4 in the face. Lastly, when you decide to move they have the right to refuse to let your potential buyers live in the park. So you might get a good steal on a trailer in here, but will not be able to sell it when you need to move. Like I said at the start, take the money you saved by buying a trailer in this park and move it to another park in the valley.

Largely unavailable management (manager does not live on site and is not available full time as the website suggests). Everyone we've spoken to is unhappy with how strict the rules are and how cold the management is--management doesn't seem to care whether or not tenants are happy. Disappointing. Could use a change in management methods. Pretty place, but at the expense of tenant satisfaction.
