Horrible customer service. I came in and paid for a small storage unit. During the process the employee who claims to be the manager never once told me that the payment for the storage unit was not refundable. The very next day I was offered an opportunity to move the items of which I needed to store to a location that I could keep them, other than the storage unit. So I called the Logan self storage that day, the day after I paid, and asked if I could get a refund because I had not put anything into the storage unit or even gone back to the lot. The lady who answered the phone told me that I could be refunded by check and that she would just use my address which I had given them. So I let the people know who would be helping me move the items that I needed to store in the first place that they could travel all the way from Boise with a trailer to help me move those items so I would not need to store them. I did that because I was told I would be refunded. The next day, someone from Logan self storage called me and told me they could no longer refund me my money. I have no need for the storage unit since I told the people who would be helping me move my stuff that they could travel to Logan. This company lies about business and I would never recommend them.
I've had a storage w Logan self storage for about 3 years and have had a very pleasant experience w them. My storage has always been safe.
They say they will beat competitors by 5 dollars, but when I told them the price of SafeGuard storage the guy said "Oh THEY aren't a competitor. They don't have gates, surveillance cameras, anything". When I told him SafeGuard DID have cameras, he just said "Oh they must have added those since last time I checked" but still wouldn't match competitor prices. Also, the girl I first spoke with told me 35 dollars a month for the 5×10, then two hours later, the man with poor customer service skills told me 49. I had a unit here up until March, and was passing 26 a month. I will never recommend this place again.
The person I have dealt with on multiple occasions has been friendly and helpful. 24 hour access would be nice with my schedule, but I understand that having a place open like that adds levels of complexity.
Love, love, love the fast friendly service I get here. I will continue to rent and tell others about the great prices, friendly service and convience of using them in Cache Valley. Keep up the good work guys!!
