I'm actually looking for somewhere else to take my dry-cleaning. I have been disappointed several times in their dry-cleaning abilities and have had to have the same pieces of clothing dry-cleaned a second time upon inspecting my clothing and seeing that they missed obvious stains.
It was my first time using this place to get dry cleaning done and i was going there to surprise my boy friend by getting his really nice jacket dry cleaned for him. I walked in not wearing the most appealing attire since it was the weekend and my time off from work so i wanted to dress comfy. as soon as i walked in the younger girl at the computer took one look at me and i guess decided that i wasn't worth a greeting or even a simple smile. but still i was kind and asked to get the jacket dry cleaned making sure to be friendly so that maybe some of my friendliness would rub off on her. sadly it didn't, she proceed to take the jacket and didn't really say a word to me but said plenty to the other younger girl in the back. the second girl asked if i've ever used this service before with a really rude attitude and i kindly said no. she then had me write out my name for them and i did. both girls really didn't want to talk to me when i tried to be friendly or ask question and when they did they would snap at me and be really rude. she handed me back the ticket and said that it would take 2 days which really confused me since it was just a jacket so i kindly asked why it takes so long and the brown haired girl snapped and said that they had no cleaners over the weekend so i wont be getting the jacket back until the monday. which is a weird way to run a business. i understand being closed on sunday in utah but they would be making a lot more money having at least one or two cleaners there with the people who are checking the clothing in. since they dont it was very misleading and its a bummer that i wont be able to suprise my boyfriend like i wanted to and a crappy way to run a business. i hope their customer service gets better towards other people no matter what they look like. but after my experience there i will not be going back. Ever.
They have done a great job for me, however, they will not launder women's cotton dress shirts - only men's. Therefore, if you're a woman and want a cotton shirt cleaned and pressed, you must pay for it to be dry cleaned. If you're a man, you can simply have the shirt laundered and pressed. Go figure.
Paid $100 to get half of my clothes back dirty and a jacket ruined by their spot cleaning even though it was a washable jacket. No refund given .
Horrible experience, I took a complete bedroom set to be dry cleaned: comforter and 4 pillow shams. They completely shrunk 2 of the matching shams so bad I cannot fit a regular size pillow in them - they are now completely square! Not happy since I've had this set for 7 years now and they don't make the set any longer. I will be asking for all of my money back! I have never had this problem with any other dry cleaners in town including this company several years ago. I also waited 20 minutes for them to find my stuff, the girl had to ask twice what it was & I even gave her my slip. I will NOT BE RETURNING IN THE FUTURE!!! I'm sure I won't get my money back either from the other reviews. I should have read the reviews before going to this company.
