We are always seen very quickly and the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Chris Morgan is happy to assist and offers great recommendations for taking care of issues in the least expensive way possible. We've saved potentially thousands of dollars.
I’ve visited Sterling Urgent Care on a few occasions and boy I’ve learned my lesson! Everything I’ve had them do I had to have a second opinion or go to another Center to have it re-done. I went to them for a deep cut on my hand and they charged me $400 dollars and missed a piece of metal that was still in the cut and it got extremely infected and I had to go to another clinic and have it cut back open and redone. The second time I went because they advertise Men’s Health and my previous doctor had passed away. The doctor immediately started badmouthing and saying horrible things about not only my ex-doctor but my friend who had passed away, very unprofessional and uncalled for!! They quoted me $400 for my blood work and then I got a bill from there lab saying I owe them $1100 for the labs. I told them I didn’t authorize that and was told to talk to Sterling about it. I called and was told that’s too bad but not our problem. Then I get a call from the doctor saying I need to see a Hormone Specialist and they will not see me for Men’s Health but the worst part is he told me I have strong signs of cancer in my blood work. This was terrifying!! So naturally I went and got 2 second opinions and both of the other doctors said this guy has no idea what he is talking about and my labs (the same ones he was looking at mind you) looked great and there were no issues at all. They both also stated that you never tell someone a cancer scare over the phone and commented on how completely unprofessional that was. I called to speak with the doctor and he wouldn’t speak with me nor return any calls. How this place hasn’t been hit with a malpractice suit yet is amazing to me after my experiences. This valley has many better options for care that will not only do a better job but treat the patent much better.
I arrived 4 minutes before closing and they were all completely professional and very friendly.
