They were very helpful and kind. They sectional we bought, we have loved. One of the back supports broke, they came and picked it up, fixed it and returned it for free. We plan on going back for another soon.
Inexpensive furniture where you get what you pay for. The things that we have purchased from them have broken or worn excessively within a year of purchase. Response to address any of these issues has been non-existent.

Palmer has come a long way sens3 they o0ened. Great prices but really great furniture now! Great staff and sales. Not pushy in any way. The movers are great too!
Awesome service! There was a problem with the sectional we ordered and the owner took great care of us in rectifying the situation. The workers are very professional, and you can't beat the prices! Our sectoinal is perfect and is holding up really well after lots of use. Five stars!
